seasonally reconnect with your body with our four week reset. curated for the ness digital, each week will focus on a different intention as you move your way through classes exclusive to program participants. this reset is centered around elements of your[ness]. through each of these four weeks we will work together to wipe our mental and emotional slates clean and focus on eliminating the need to change or become something different and embrace ourselves for who we are.
