reconnect with your body by renting our four week reset. curated for the ness digital, each week will focus on a different intention as you move your way through classes exclusive to program participants. both bounce beginner/intermediate and advanced tracks are available.

week one - reflection
focuses on taking inventory of how you feel, mentally, physically, and emotionally & doing so without judgement.
