reconnect with your body by renting our four week reset. curated for the ness digital, each week will focus on a different intention as you move your way through classes exclusive to program participants. both bounce beginner/intermediate and advanced tracks are available.
for optimal results, please follow the below tracks when completing your reset.

week one - reflection
focuses on taking inventory of how you feel, mentally, physically, and emotionally & doing so without judgement.

week two - grounding

    our signature trampoline cardio class, but designed for those new to bounce or wanting a refresher on the basics. combinations are simplified in this class but your adrenaline stays high.

    Episode 2

    designed to ease you onto the trampoline, bounce [stability] is a combination of trampoline and floor work sequences. it integrates balance techniques and cardio bursts that will leave you feeling centered, grounded, and ready for bounce.

    Episode 3

    our regular signature trampoline cardio class. bounce is a beat-based, low impact, high adrenaline workout that will challenge you both mentally and physically. in each class, you will learn a unique combination, activate your lymphatic system and leave thinking about your next bounce.
