reconnect with your body by renting our four week reset. curated for the ness digital, each week will focus on a different intention as you move your way through classes exclusive to program participants. both bounce and sculpt tracks are available and proceeds from this program are continually donated to black lives matter. for optimal results, please follow the below tracks when completing your reset.

this weeks movements will open up your hips, hamstrings and heart allowing you to find the release in your body and make space for growth in the weeks to come.
