reconnect with your body by renting our four week reset. curated for the ness digital, each week will focus on a different intention as you move your way through classes exclusive to program participants. both bounce beginner/intermediate and advanced tracks are available and proceeds from this program are continually donated to commit2change. the program runs from Sept. 8th - Oct. 6th and videos will be release here weekly.
