no trampoline? no problem. we have a diverse library of sculpt classes that do not use the trampoline.
the following equipment is suggested for use, but all sculpt classes can be modified to utilize body weight.
- light weights 2 - 4lbs
- wrist weights 1 - 2lbs
- a small dish towel or gliders
- the ness trampoline for all bounce classes
new to the ness? every subscription includes a complimentary 20 minute online consultation. our team will set you up with proper bounce and sculpt form, answer any questions you might have about your goals and help you choose your first few videos to get started.
We recommend Tosamc wrist weights. They have a great fastener that feels super secure whether you're using them for bounce or sculpt. You can find them on Amazon + I believe they have a few different weights that you can choose from!
Hi Aly! Thanks so much for the feedback. I had a look and they all seem to be adjustable between 2-7.2 ounces. Is this the one you would recommend? It seems a bit light but perhaps wrist weights you go lighter with compared to dumbbells? Thanks in advance!
