no trampoline? no problem. we have a diverse library of sculpt classes that do not use the trampoline.
the following equipment is suggested for use, but all sculpt classes can be modified to utilize body weight.
- light weights 2 - 4lbs
- wrist weights 1 - 2lbs
- a small dish towel or gliders
- the ness trampoline for all bounce classes
new to the ness? every subscription includes a complimentary 20 minute online consultation. our team will set you up with proper bounce and sculpt form, answer any questions you might have about your goals and help you choose your first few videos to get started.
Thoughts on a class solely to 90s music? Basically a bounce 90s class. There are some super cool 90s dance remixes that I know you guys have already used that would keep it interesting/upbeat. Totally just an idea!
Did this happen? If yes, please link me up! I started bouncing at Bari in 2012 (you'd think I'd be better by now!). I would love a playlist from those days. Bouncing to "Call me baby" is one of my fave bounce memories xxx
